Return & Exchange Policies

You have the right to return or exchange items purchased within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions

1. Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality.
2. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all its original content, including, but not limited to accessories and manuals.
3. Returned items (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resell-able condition.

4. Returns that are damaged , soiled or altered may not be accepted and maybe sent back to the customer .
5. Items bought during promotions or on discount are not eligible for refunds.
6. You will receive your refund against returned items in the same form of payment made at time of original purchase . for example if you bought items in cash you will receive your refund in cash.
7 You will receive your refund within 10 business days of your original request.
8. Shipping costs are not refundable, the customer is responsible to return and delivery cost.
