* The order is deliverd on the next day of placing the order , between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM .

* The order will be deliverd to the specified address the order form , and will be handed to any person in that premises  .

* The company is not liable for any goods not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase .

Outside Kuwait 

* Air freight service has been provided to all over the world for our dear customers outside Kuwait .

* If the order is completed , our staff will process the application and pack it by DHL .

* An e-mail will be sent to the customer with the tracking number of the shipment , the customer can follow the order line through express mail website for Ministry of Communication .

* Shipping duration is 5 to 7 working days maybe before .
